The War Party Votes Against Congressional Control of War

As George Carlin once said: “The word bipartisan usually means some larger-than-usual deception is being carried out."

Or, in the case of war, business as usual.  Rebel Congress members introduced a resolution to stop US wars in Syria, Iraq, Congo, Libya and Yemen. 

Dems and Reps came together in a precedented unity to smash the bill.
