Dr. Ken Foster and Dane Erickson start the Spring 2021 semester by speaking with Purdue Ag Econ Department Head and Distinguished Professor, Jayson Lusk.

Lusk is a food and agricultural economist who studies "what we eat and why we eat it." He has been listed as one of the most prolific and cited food and agricultural economists of the past two decades.

The trio discuss changes in the Ag Econ Department, food insecurity in the time of COVID, and the increasingly "virtual" job market.
