Even as a young boy, Paul Macarelli knew that view he had of the church by sitting in the sanctuary as an altar server was special. (Perhaps that’s why he served up there for 17 straight years!) Ever since then he has viewed his life and the world from that same perspective, even while serving in Iraq as a soldier during war time.
