I've been working with a lot of clients who took the 23 and Me DNA test to surprising results. The person they grew up with calling them "dad" was not in fact their biological father. Many times that parent is now on the Other Side and this news comes with a change in self identity. Who am I now, if I'm not the person I always thought I was?
