Asana is a piece of software that enables you to create projects and then disseminate actions to various members of your team. I have only been using the software for a fortnight, but love it. It's free of charge. https://app.asana.com/
Google Sheets and Google Calendar
Both of these options are free resources and can be found with a simple Google search. Google Sheets is excel that can be shared with other web users. Google Calendar is a calendar that can also be shared with other web users.
