Immigration Law Section Roundtable on EOIR’s New Limited Representation Rule

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) recently instituted a new final rule for immigration practitioners providing limited representation in matters before the immigration court. The rule went into effect on November 14th, and has immediate implications for many attorneys already providing limited immigration services, or wishing to do so in the future. Join us for a roundtable discussion featuring attorneys from both nonprofit and private immigration practice, who will explore the parameters of the new rule and discuss the opportunities, as well as potential concerns, that it offers practitioners working in a variety of legal settings.  (2/22/23)
