BONUS: Business owners along U.S. 31 forced to move concerned for future

An INDOT project said to improve safety along U.S. 31 is a cause of concern for local business owners. They agree safety is a priority, but say the project adds minutes to local emergency response as well as could potentially cripple their business. Two business owners told Inside INdiana Business how the use of eminent domain will reshape their business and why they feel the headache caused is unnecessary.
