Deal structuring is reverse engineering with what you're buying, a way that you can figure out how to do this. Employing the principles of leverage using very little of your own capital and creating a long-term hold acquisition.
Learn why you always want to involve the seller in financing and how to structure true win-win proposals that offer control, predictability, and deferral of capital gain. You're giving them all kinds of things in a package they're not getting in many places. At the same time, from an entrepreneurial acquisition standpoint, it allows you to build and build and build and build and build and build and build your portfolio.
Learn what to focus on in this market. One of the deals structuring your proposition and your deal structure has to have a holding plan. And if it does have a sell plan to it, that sell plan has to be. Well thought out.
