God comes to a prepared atmosphere. As we make and keep an “appointment” to meet with God, we’ll hear Him speak to us.

It’s important to make regular appointments with God a part of our scheduled priorities. We all know that life goes by too quickly these days. If we don’t plan to meet with God, it’s easy to let other things in our lives eat up all of our time. Just like any relationship, we need to spend time together and learn how to understand each other and how to communicate clearly. All of this time and intimacy will come in handy when we reach a point where we need quick  answers about a specific situation. There will be much less misunderstanding, frustration, and struggle to understand the heart and character of God when communication is a daily, comfortable part of our lives.
