Bold and the Beautiful on CBS teases the return of Matthew Atkinson in the role of Thomas Forrester. Thorsten Kaye, who plays Ridge Forrester, shares that Rebecca Budig, a long-time friend and former All My Children co-star, will be stepping into the role of Taylor Hayes.
