Luke 5:8-10 (NLT) 8 When Simon Peter realized what had happened, he fell to his knees before Jesus and said, “Oh, Lord, please leave me—I’m too much of a sinner to be around you.” 9 For he was awestruck by the number of fish they had caught, as were the others with him. 10 His partners, James and John, the sons of Zebedee, were also amazed. Jesus replied to Simon, “Don’t be afraid! From now on you’ll be fishing for people!”
Two key strategies the Devil uses to keep us from fishing with a net:
ISOLATION

- How do you see the Devil’s strategies at work in your life?
- What step comes to mind as a way to resist him?
- As you consider the strategies of the devil, who comes to mind who might be suffering?
- What step is God leading you to take to give that person a glimpse of the compassion, the light and the power of Christ?
- If that person is receptive, how would you explain to them how to receive the compassion, the light and the power of Christ?
- How would you equip them to bring the compassion, the light and the power of Christ to their circle of influence?
