Offset Insurance Costs in Florida with a 4.75% Investor Loan on a Newer Home

We’ve been getting a lot of questions from investors trying to make good decisions in a tough market, so I thought I’d dedicate this episode to questions about Florida. It continues to be a strong market for rental properties, but listeners have expressed concerns about climate change, storms, and flooding, along with higher insurance rates and higher home prices and interest rates.
