Hello everyone in this episode I discuss Masturbation and Pornography. This is part 1 of a two parter. We are often afflicted with the compulsion to masturbate, especially if there isn't anything for us to do. HOWEVER...There is a trade off for  momentary relief and those trade offs can be detrimental to our day to day lives. Part 1 will speak on ways we become more productive once we stop and part 2 will be a little juicier so stay tuned.
