A week after International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation, I spoke to Myriam Mhamedi to discover what led her to her role in End FGM EU.

Born in France and raised between there and Morocco, she talks about the challenges and gifts of being part of two cultures and how they shaped her.

Talking about FGM, she says 'everyday people are the ones who are going to change the world'.
