After that, given all that has transpired in the last 136 weeks, Dave proposes some modifications to his “7 Planks to a Successful President Run”. Dave concludes the show by reviewing the ATF’s attempts at an end run around Congress in an effort to implement Universal Background Checks specifically targeting FFL dealers.
