Nathan is officially retiring this October from the army after 19 years of service. He went into real estate in Hawaii when he was house-hacking for his friends. Getting back to the mainland, he tried flipping houses, started an LLC, got his first big deal, and eventually got to the point where he is now by his own hard work.
