We often see Vancomycin administered to treat patients diagnosed with bacteremia osteomyelitis, endocarditis, pneumonia and cellulitis (just to name a few).  This podcast will provide a review of the importance of Vancomycin laboratory monitoring and side effects to prevent injury and re-hospitalizations.
