General Hospital has an unexpected setback befall Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring)
wrestles with a pivotal decision, and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), discloses some personal information, likely related to his father's diagnosis. 

Meanwhile on the ABC soap opera, Chase delivers a stellar performance with a highly emotional scene. 

It is the big day in Puerto Rico as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is set to marry Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in a destination wedding. But there's family along for the ride to surprise her. Will one of them blow up their big day with SEC news on GH?

Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), a blast from the past, returns to town, potentially causing a stir between Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). 

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) receives an update on his father, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), leading to some tension regarding the Cassadine inheritance. 

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) spends quality time with her biological father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and grandfather, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), while Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) confesses something significant. 

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) faces blackmail, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) experiences an unpleasant surprise and Ava Jerome's (Maura West) mysterious disappearance raises concerns. 

The week concludes with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) resorting to unfair tactics, and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) having a frank discussion with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), while Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) makes a revelation and Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) is surprised by Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez). 

In the second week, Austin interrogates Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), Lois Creo and Brooklyn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) share a warm reunion, and Austin and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) compare notes on a patient. 

The week concludes with Finn proposing a romantic proposition to Liz Webber, adding a touch of romance to the mix of suspense and drama.
