Demo of the small but significant change in watch os 2 for navigating between Clock Face and Home Screen

In this demo, I demonstrate the small but significant change for navigating between the Clock Face and the Home screen: i.e. no more focus jump in the Home Screen back to Clock before returning to the Clock Face.
