At thirteen, he knew he had a call to the ministry and later entered seminary only to realize that the truth he had known was not the truth, leaving him with many questions. Life continued, and eventually, he found himself married, raising a family, and living in the desert as a sheepherder. One day, as he herded sheep, he fell to the ground to ask God what was missing.
