By taking a quick glance at your face, he can immediately identify characteristics about you both learned and passed on. As well as subconsciously communicating how he wants to be spoken to.

He shared with us just some of the amazing clients he’s worked with over the years. Including the police force, business people, teachers, students, parents and even people looking for love. All with different wants, needs and outcomes.

But it got so much deeper than just the unbelievable work he does.

He shared the heart warming stories of profiling young kids who are struggling at school, to help them build friendships, identify the type of learners they are, help choose a suitable career path and understand how to communicate with their parents to build a happier, healthier relationship.

He touched on generational differences that impact communication and shared some amazing life advice about the importance to listen, empathise and understand one another which seems to have been lost with the noise of the world today.

We had a laugh when Alan accurately profiled us and even shared some of the cheeky advantages of practising these skills!
