Are addictions taking over your life? We can be addicted to many different things. We can be addicted to drugs or alcohol, sugar and food, or even behavior patterns like procrastination. It doesn’t matter what you are addicted to.  Addictions affect our lives by keeping a stock and patterns of behavior that aren’t serving us. It’s not your fault. Addictive behavior served a purpose at one point in time, but now it no longer does. Addictions can be changed. It takes time and it’s a process, but it is possible.
