• Finding Blessings: Despite setbacks, I discovered unexpected blessings, like my car trouble revealing itself before my husband's departure.
• Perspective Shift: From potential financial strain to saving grace, I learned the importance of seeking the silver lining.
• Community Support: Amidst chaos, reaching out to a friend provided much-needed perspective and support.

Coping Mechanisms:

Let's talk about coping mechanisms. I reflect on past habits and emphasize healthier approaches over harmful habits like alcohol consumption.

Steps to Grace:

1. Seek God's Hand: Take a step back and recognize God's presence amidst chaos.
2. Count Your Blessings: Gratitude shifts focus from turmoil to blessings, fostering a positive outlook.
3. Scriptural Guidance: Turn to the Word for comfort and guidance in challenging times.
4. Trust in God: Pray for strength and trust in God's plan, acknowledging His sovereignty.
