There is so much talk about growth and fixed mindset in the ethers.
So many coaches offer personal development programmes and other ways of working on yourlsef.

However, is it a fad?
Does that actually work?

From my personal experience and what I can see through my clients, this work is INVALUABLE.

PRICELESS even.

However, I need to dismantle a few myths.
There are no quick fixes. You do have to do the work.
It can be uncomfortable at times. It is not all roses.
There is no one-size fit everyone.

However, all that work is %100 worth your time, money and effort.
