Jeffrey L. "Jeff" Turner's impressive career journey began as a part-time programmer at The Boeing Company in 1973 while he was completing his degree at Wichita State University. Fast forward to November 1995, Jeff assumed the role of Vice President-General Manager of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Wichita Division. Then, in June 2005, upon the divestiture of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Wichita Division, he was named President and CEO of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., making him the founding CEO of this influential aerospace company.

While Jeff has since retired from his executive roles, he remains deeply connected to his Kansas roots and the Wichita community. Not only is he involved in various boards, but he also invests his time and resources in nurturing local entrepreneurs and startups, contributing significantly to the growth and vibrancy of Wichita.
