Psychology Today defines self-sabotage as “Behavior that creates problems in daily life and interferes with long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors include procrastination, self-medication with drugs or alcohol, comfort eating, and forms of self-injury such as cutting.”  Many are not aware and don't know why they self-sabotage. In this episode, we discuss how to see your limiting actions and nurture them into actions that honor your highest self.
