Third Sunday After Epiphany: Sincerity and Control of Speech

Why be sincere or control your speech? What is the value to you of doing that? And what does that even mean? How is a Christian doing this differently from anyone else?  How does one even do it?  How do you make sure you are sincere?  How do you make sure your speech is controlled?  Do you have to force and discipline yourself, or is there another way?  This talk aims to answer to those questions, beneficially.
