Episode #6: Team Dynamics

Good team dynamics include trust, collective decision-making, accountability, mutual understanding, and self-corrective behavior. When consistent and productive behaviors exist, teams work more effectively and with less drama. We will identify what poor team dynamics look like, the top two causes, and some ways to overcome poor team behaviors.
