In today's episode, our conversation goes on a deep dive into Daoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and becoming conscious of the foundational importance of feeling deeper into your emotional experience. Especially, if you meditate as a part of your Spiritual Journey.

In Part Two, Michael discusses the Five Elements and how Daoism and Chinese medicine understand the importance of not only feeling what you feel, but feeling deeper into your body, to feel which instincts are activating unconscious patterns of belief.

The episode closes with a framework for having a conscious relationship with the process of becoming emotionally present, patient, and wise.
