The enemies of God salivate when the Church has godless leaders

I. Enemies of God and His people are always ready to pounce (9)

II. Common traits of godless leadership (10-12)
- Spiritually blind and ignorant
- Pre-occupied with the present
- Not ready to defend
- Lazy
- Selfish
- Drag followers down with them

III. Godly leaders function as watchmen and shepherds (10,11)
