What could have been the Woodstock of the millennial generation turned out to be one of the most successful marketing campaigns for the worst event in recent memory. What made a few 20-somethings and a rapper feel like they could throw a luxury music festival in the Bahamas in only 5 months? Who gave them the money to do this?
