Ryan is an extremely decorated fighter, having been ITF Taekwon-Do World Champion and 4x times European Champion. In Kickboxing he's been WAKO World Champion and multiple times Irish Open Champion. Since 2017 Ryan has competed in MMA, fighting out of Team KF in Swords. Today I chat to Ryan about his time in Taekwon-Do and his plans going forward in MMA.
