On this episode, I chat about my mental, emotional and practical navigation of shedding and what I feel about missing the wrong people. This lfie is so long and as I've been navigating it, I realized that I will actually lose people as what they were once upon a time in my life. But i also realized that peace is my main priority through all of 'that'.
