In this episode I talk with American Actor Shia LaBeouf, who gets real about how the film was made, being the son of a Vietnam Veteran and how various events from his life have allowed him to play this serious lead character in the film. Shia plays the role of a U.S. Marine, Gabriel Drummer, who returns home from a tour in Afghanistan and suffers from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). We discuss why he wanted to take on this role, how long it took to prepare for it and what was involved in doing so.
The new movie "Man Down" premieres December 2nd in theaters everywhere.
