Welcome to the Wednesday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. There is so much to talk about today. The news is exploding. One of the major stories concerns the sanctuary State of Massachusetts. Seems that Governor Maura Healy has declared a State of Emergency. Why? This bucolic little New England state has boasted an environment of tolerance and inclusiveness. Well now…they’re saying that there are too many illegals. Too many illegals? Can you get too much of a ‘good thing’ Maura? Remember…they waived these people in. They packed the hotels and motels, filled the armories and military bases, kicked them out of Martha’s Vineyard…oh wait…we mustn’t mention that last part. And how does this localized story affect people in other states? Well…by declaring a State of Emergency, they’re requesting more funding from the federal government. That’s right. Live in Alabama, Idaho, Arizona…well Massachusetts wants some of your money too. And that’s just one of the stories we talk about on today’s program.
