In this episode I speak about gratitude, in regards to showing appreciation for where I'm at now, in comparison to where I once was. My childhood was ripe with a whirlwind of emotions. I felt everything deeply and on so many levels simultaneously. Being an empathic child, a highly intuitive & curious child, didn't necessarily mesh well with the structure of the family I was born into.
