Mid-Session 22 Mar 19: ASX 200 posts solid gains, helped by a recovery for US stocks

Local shares are holding around their best levels of the day on Friday as investor take heart by the improved tone on Wall Street. Every sector is higher led by gains for Healthcare and Consumer Discretionary names.
