The Holy Spirit The Helper

John 14:25-27 (KJV) says, “ These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

 

In this message Rev. Kodwo Orleans-Lindsay starts a new series on “  “ The Reality of the Holy Spirit - The Anointing and the Spirit””. He preaches about the sometimes forgotten but beautiful gift of the Helper, the Holy Spirit. As Christians we need the Holy Spirit; we cannot live a fruitful life without it. We learn that Jesus, King David, and even God needed the Holy Spirit; without the Holy Spirit we as Christians can do no good and lose our power. As its says in John 14:16 Jesus gave us not only the gift of everlasting life with God but an ever-present “Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever”.

 

A spirit filled-person is different from a worldly person, so let us receive, see, and know the Holy Spirit deeply and intimately and live spirit filled life!
