73. Robin Meier, Stayton HS (OR), ret.

In 26 seasons as a head coach, Robin Meier's teams won the state championship 15 times, including 12 consecutive state titles from 2003-2014. They also finished in 2nd place seven additional times. In this conversation, Coach Meier reflects on her career, discusses the importance of striving for winning, calls on coaches to focus on the present, and provides a framework for building successful programs.
