Self Realization as a Trader

From a mental perspective, one of the most important steps you can make is achieving self realization in regards to who is in control. When you know who is in control, you know who to blame. When you know who to blame, you can begin working with the person responsible for the mistakes and therefore begin fixing them and improving.
