We're talking all about self-care and leveraging the AAA approach to getting self-care practices to work for you as a teen. It's much more than starting a morning routine or meditating daily. Going through the routines without an understanding of why or what they're doing for you ends up in quitting or not getting the results you want. The AAA approach changes that and keeps you on track.
