Our current era is ruled by the three poisons of Greed, Anger, and Foolishness (stupidity). Greed or avarice is our insatiable desires; Anger, in Buddhism, is a state of conniving, manipulations, and underhanded power machinations; and our foolishness is our attachment and commitment to such behaviors as these. MyoHoRenGeKyo is our method, our tool to liberate ourselves from these poisons and live a life of fulfilment and joy.
