Episode 22: The Journey of Evolve with Erika Polsinelli

Welcome back to The Joy Ride! Today I have on a very special guest - someone who I believe truly embodies what it means to be a pillar of light, a channel of divine wisdom for others and one of my favorite people on the planet!

Erika Polsinelli is a Kundalini teacher, light worker and the founder of Evolve by Erika -an online platform and app that helps individuals to discover inner bliss by releasing stress and tapping into their highest potential. 

Erika's story: After seeking a way to manage her anxiety and stress, Erika stumbled upon Kundalini meditation and breathwork and after only 3 minutes of practice, she was hooked. She immediately felt relief and a state of peace; one that she had never experienced before. She knew she had to share this far and wide. Erika is certified in Kundalini yoga, breathwork and meditation and helps to make an ancient practice accessible and approachable to all. She combines this with mindfulness techniques, gratitude and manifestation practices - helping those to uncover their highest potential. Many people often say they were never able to meditate before trying one of Erika’s classes. She has a way of breaking down meditations and breathwork so that you can finally feel a state of calm in your mind and body. In a session with Erika you will feel empowered, focused and at peace.
