7/30/17: 17th Sunday in Ordinary Time: All Things Work for the Good of Those who Love God (a.k.a. The Power of God’s Unconditional Love)

Married couples are asked to make an unconditional promise on their wedding day. Mothers and fathers love their children unconditionally. Why is it that parents love this way? How is it that spouses can love this way? It's only possible because the one who created us loves like this. In "all things", through the good, the bad, and the ugly. Through the messiness of life. "All things work for the good of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).
