It cautions against "spiritual cannibalism," where believers, driven by selfishness, harm each other, ultimately destroying the church's unity and fellowship. True spiritual maturity, as exemplified by Timothy, involves genuinely caring for others, not merely accumulating knowledge or following strict rules.
