In episode 62 I had the pleasure of talking with Professor Leonardo Delagado.  Leo is a 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is the owner of American Martial Art Academy located right here in D’Iberville, MS. We talk about how he got his start in jiu-jitsu and what it has been like operating a gym during the Covid-19 pandemic.
