Ep. 4: ADHD and Crafting with Liz

Many people who create are also gifted with ADHD. It can be an important driving force to make, but it can also hold you back when you get hit with things like executive dysfunction.

 

My special guest Liz (who I'll be working with on a future project!) and I about how our ADHD affects our crafting life, whether it be for gift giving or for fulfilling orders. ADHD hits either way; you just gotta figure out how to cope with it.

 

Liz specializes in crochet, which is something I've been interested in picking up. Hopefully we'll get her on again sometime, and this time talk all about her crocheting!
