Episode 60 Whose wound is it any way?

Emotional healing is life-changing and as a woundologist I study wounds and help others talk and heal them. 

Emotional abuse is the total destruction of a life 
It is the breakdown.
Like a death of self.

It will take you through the different stages of  grief 

You were attacked, persecuted and killed emotionally.

If you are not careful when the abuser moved on to what they haven’t destroyed you might end up finishing the job for them. Demolished and distraught you then destroy yourself.
They sit back with their popcorn and watch with amusement.

Your life is with rubble but not enough to create a foundation.
Once you get over the initial stage of grief you can learn new techniques.

This total destruction isn’t a bad thing as once you start to work your way out you can start to create the life you were born to live.

You can be your own parent 
You can be your own best friend 
You can be your own healer 
You can be your own therapist
