Could Be the Best in the Metro - Baru 66

There are only 20 tables at Baru 66 but the ideas for expansion are great.  We visit with the husband/wife duo of Sara Hill and David Baruthio about the culinary aspects of this wonderful French restaurant tucked into the tiny metro community of Windsor Heights.  We include a story or two about the Des Moines Art Center and the Blue Tomato of West Des Moines.  Oh...and New News about the French Food Passport!!  Good...very good...stuff!
