Marie, Ontario, along with Justin Hykel and Dane Hanchrow, as they open the show discussing the local hockey scene, including the Soo Greyhounds, T-Birds, Eagles, Sault College and their upcoming games.

They also talk NHL with the latest on the Leafs, Oilers and their GM firing, along with the famous multiple choice segment, discussing their favorite skills competition on All Star Weekend, along with possible format changes, and potential teams Pavel Datsyuk could return too, as well as baseball off-season updates.
